Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LeboW Lifestyle & Travel. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they set out your rights and responsibilities as our valued client.

 

  1. General Policy

 

 

 

  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Your booking is voluntary and binding once confirmed.

 

 

 

  1. Group Trips

 

 

 

  • The person making the booking accepts responsibility for all members of the group.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be made by the deadline, or the booking may be cancelled.

  • Group trips require a minimum number of participants. If this is not met, LeboW Lifestyle & Travel may cancel or reschedule.

  • Tickets for group trips are issued collectively. Individual cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

  • Name changes may be possible for an administrative fee.

  • Clients removed from accommodation due to misconduct will be responsible for alternative arrangements at their own cost.

 

 

 

  1. Ticketing

 

 

 

  • Once flight tickets are issued, they are non-transferable.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal details.

  • Any voluntary changes after ticketing may result in penalties, fare differences, and service fees.

  • We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other providers. We are not responsible for changes made by third parties.

 

 

 

  1. Cancellations & Refunds
    Client cancellations (in writing only):

 

 

 

  • 60+ days before departure → 75% refund

  • 30–59 days before departure → 50% refund

  • 15–29 days before departure → 25% refund

  • 0–14 days before departure → No refund

 

 

Refunds exclude deposits and depend on suppliers’ rules. Processing may take up to 12 weeks. An admin fee applies to all cancellations.

 

Agency cancellations:

 

  • If we cancel a trip, you may choose between a full refund or a travel credit of equal value.

 

 

Force majeure (unforeseen events like pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions):

 

  • No refunds will be issued.

 

 

 

  1. Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance. If you decline, you accept full responsibility for any financial losses from cancellations, illness, or emergencies.

  2. Client Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations.

  • Identification is required for all travellers, including infants.

  • LeboW Lifestyle & Travel is not liable if you are denied entry, delayed, or affected by incorrect documentation.

  • Please check luggage allowances carefully; some airlines charge extra for baggage.

 

 

 

  1. Legal Limitations

 

 

 

  • We do not provide legal assistance if you are arrested, detained, or involved in disputes abroad.

  • Fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities.

  • You must comply with all immigration, customs, and health requirements.

 

 

 

  1. Payments & Legal Costs

 

 

 

  • If payments are not made on time, we may cancel your booking and take legal action to recover funds.

  • Clients will be liable for all legal and collection costs incurred.

 

 

 

  1. Communication & Conduct

 

 

 

  • Office hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Messages outside these hours will be handled at our discretion (except emergencies).

  • Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful communication will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Misconduct, racism, discrimination, or hate speech (including on social media) will result in permanent exclusion from our services.

 

 

 

  1. Additional Charges
    You are responsible for all additional charges imposed by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, border control, customs, airports).

  2. Final Agreement
    By booking with LeboW Lifestyle & Travel, you confirm that you:

 

 

 

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • Agree to be bound by them.

  • Accept that violation of these terms may result in cancellation without refund.
